Every product sold by Darsko is a genuine Imou product and is covered by a local warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the date of purchase. Keep your invoice or order confirmation safe — it is your proof of warranty.

What the warranty covers
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use
- Failure of the camera, lens, motor, or built-in electronics during the warranty period
- Free repair, or replacement with the same or an equivalent model, when a defect is verified
- Genuine Imou replacement parts and firmware support
What the warranty does not cover
- Physical damage caused by drops, impact, or improper installation
- Damage from water or weather exposure beyond the product's IP rating
- Damage caused by lightning, power surges, or unstable electricity supply
- Unauthorised repair, modification, or tampering with the product
- Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, and consumable accessories
- Loss of recordings or data stored on SD cards or NVRs
How to claim your warranty

Contact us
Reach us via WhatsApp, hotline or email with your order number or purchase receipt and a short description (photos or a video of the issue help us respond faster).

Assessment
Our technical team will guide you through basic troubleshooting. If the fault is confirmed, bring or courier the product with its receipt to any of our service locations.

Repair or replace
Verified manufacturing defects are repaired or replaced free of charge within the warranty period. We'll keep you updated until your product is back with you.
